Active Distributor is someone that makes 2 sales each month or has 5 active customers purchasing at least 1 bottle of
product each month. All qualified Distributors are paid on or before the first of the month if qualified on the fifteenth
of the previous month and on the fifteenth of the month if qualified on the first.

I agree to enlist two new customers each month until I have five active customers making monthly purchases from
Health2Wealth. In return, Health2Wealth agrees to pay me a twice monthly draw as follows: The first draw will
be $5.00 and each subsequent draw will double for six pay periods, until the draw is $160.00 per pay period. At that time
the draw will continue to grow at 5% per pay period until I have capped out above $2,000.00 per month in income. This commitment
represents one Distributorship. I may have as many Distributorships as I wish. Pay periods are the first and 15th
of each month. Qualification for the 1st is the previous 15th and qualification for the 15th
is the previous 1st. Once I have qualified, I am qualified for the next two pay periods unless I have five or more
active customers, which will qualify me continuously, or until one of my five customers fails to make a monthly purchase.
A qualified customer is anyone that purchases one bottle of product in the current month. Check the following

$35.00 for the annual renewal distributorship fee*. I
